Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase you have made, simply return the product(s) as instructed below and we will be happy to either refund your money, or allow for an exchange.
HOW TO RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE OUR PRODUCTS
SluggerGifts.com accepts all products purchased online, except personalized bats, to be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt. When returning a product, please include the receipt and be sure to indicate if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. After 30 days, SluggerGifts.com will offer an online store credit for the amount stated on the product receipt. This credit is only good online at www.sluggergifts.com.
Due to the nature of the product, personalized bats cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, please be certain that the personalized item you purchase is exactly as you would like it.
Any products that arrive damaged will be exchanged or refunded immediately. If you receive a product from SluggerGifts.com that is damaged, please call our toll free customer service line at 1-866-785-BATS (866-785-2287) and one of our representatives will take care of you.
Where to Return & Exchange Products
If you are returning, or exchanging any products from SluggerGifts.com, you may either call us at 1-866-785-BATS (866-785-2287), or mail them to the address provided below. Our website is not setup to allow for the exchange or return of any products online. In addition, our physical Gift Shop address, located inside Louisville Slugger, does not accept any products purchased from SluggerGifts.com. Any products purchased online that need to be returned or exchanged must be mailed to the following address:

Please allow up to 5 business days of the product being returned for any exchanges or credits to be issued against the return. SluggerGifts.com requires all credit issues to be against the original credit card with which the product(s) were purchased.
